The focus lies in managing onsite environmental staff and projects. This position is site-based at the KSM Mine, operating on a 14x14 rotational schedule.

The role entails working closely with contractors and employees to advance project objectives and uphold regulatory standards. Candidates must have a strong grasp of environmental regulations and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain MLARD material movement tracking for compliance
- Collaborate with Sr. Geochem and Field Engineers




- Supervise environmental field crews during construction
- Communicate regulatory compliance needs to stakeholders
- Conduct audits and inspections monthly

Requirements:

- 5-7 years in environmental compliance in mining
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related discipline
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and communication
- Experience in cross-cultural teamwork
- Background in mine environments within British Columbia
