Position: L2 Deskside Technician

Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 0E1

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

- We are seeking a Level 2 Technician to provide onsite deskside support in a fast-paced environment.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 deskside support for hardware, software,



and network-related issues

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 systems

- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

- Manage user accounts, access, and basic IT requests

- Support software installations, updates, and patches

- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain service records

- Collaborate with IT teams for escalations and complex issue resolution

Required Skills &

Experience:

- Proven experience in Level 2 deskside support

- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 environment

- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device setup

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service processes

- Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications)

- Experience in corporate or enterprise IT environments

Work Setting:

- Fully onsite role in Mississauga, ON

- Immediate joining required
