You’ll be involved in repairs, troubleshooting, and programming of vital systems while training new technicians. This role requires adept communication and hands-on technical skills to ensure safety system integrity. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance and system repairs
- Train PMT service technicians on site
- Execute troubleshooting for all systems as needed
- Download software and adjust programming settings
- Undertake various additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Must hold a High School Diploma
- CFAA and ASTT certification is advantageous
- Two years of related post-secondary education or experience
- Strong communication and PC skills required
- Ability to train and support fellow technicians
