We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality parts while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate laser cutting machines (CNC/laser equipment)
- Load materials and set up machines as per specifications
- Read and interpret drawings and work orders
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Laser Operator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have fluent English communication skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
