We serve clients across Canada and the U.We are committed to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and providing opportunities for our employees to grow and develop their skills. We are currently looking for a Laser Punch Operator Assistant to join our Punching Department. Only candidates who live in Metro Vancouver will be considered for this position.

Assist

Laser/Punch Operators with daily production activities. Load and unload sheet metal materials and finished parts. Support machine operations by preparing materials and organizing parts according to work orders.

Perform basic quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges. Sort, label, and prepare parts for the next stage of production. Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.





Support other departments and production activities as required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication workplace is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.

Willingness to learn CNC laser and punching equipment. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to safely lift and handle sheet metal materials. Training and opportunities for career growth.

Opportunity to develop skills and advance into machine operator roles. Exposure to a variety of sheet metal fabrication projects. Company events such as holiday parties, BBQs, and corporate lunches. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
