Law Clerk - Condominium

Our client, a high-end real estate boutique is in need of a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk with Condominium Development experience to join their north Toronto office!
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of real estate experience with some exposure to condominium development is required.
- Ability to carry files from opening through to completion.
- Demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in corresponding with third parties.
- Robust knowledge of Teraview, Conveyancer and Microsoft Office programs.
