LCM Informatique is hiring a Training Specialist to support and train users on dealership software in the powersports industry. This full-time role will engage with clients both online and in office. As a Training Specialist, you will be essential in assisting clients with their understanding of the software.

You will provide training, onboarding support, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure their success. A background in related fields such as RV or automotive will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer customer support via email, phone, and web meetings
- Conduct comprehensive training for clients on the software
- Facilitate onboarding and transition to go-live
- Ensure user comprehension and satisfaction with the software
- Build rapport with customers throughout the training process

Requirements:

- Experience with LAUTOPAK, NEWGEN2.0, or LARS software
- Knowledge gained from sales, service, or parts roles
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Available for full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
