Step into the Associate Director role at the Commission to enhance program management and strategic oversight. Your significant planning experience will be crucial in achieving operational efficiencies. The Commission seeks an Associate Director dedicated to supporting the Executive Director in managing various program aspects.

Your responsibilities will include project planning, budget preparation, and representing the Commission at meetings and events. Additionally, you will directly supervise staff and address performance-related issues, ensuring compliance with planning regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage various aspects of Commission programs and planning
- Prepare budgets and development plans for projects
- Represent the Commission in meetings and at conferences
- Provide supervision and support to Commission staff
- Handle personnel matters and performance standards Requirements:
- Degree in planning with 8-10 years of experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Required AICP certification
- Robust skills in communication and technology
- Knowledge of relevant planning tools and laws Drive the Commission's strategic initiatives forward as an engaging Associate Director.
