Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) seeks a Lead, Climate Change & Health to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate projects expanding climate health programs in the Population and Public Health (PPH) Portfolio, Healthy Communities Program.

This work will include project management and the development of transparent business plans and focused recommendations for public health interventions to assist communities in adaption to, and mitigation of, health impacts of climate change.
