Highstreet Ventures is seeking a full-time Working Foreman to lead self-performed carpentry scopes on a multi-family wood-frame project in Peachland, BC. You’ll supervise crews, manage safety, materials, and schedules with hands-on leadership (about 80% on site).
Qualified candidates have 5+ years in multi-family construction, Journeyman Carpenter, solid plan reading, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Teams/Bluebeam. Willingness to travel to Kelowna for head office meetings is required.
