As a key member of the Development team, you will report directly to the Vice-President, Development.

With over five years of progressive fundraising experience, you will lead strategies for donor cultivation and retention while managing mid-level donor portfolios. Your expertise will drive meaningful relationships with patrons and support fundraising events. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategy and growth of the individual giving program
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level annual donors
- Develop donor acquisition, stewardship, and upgrade strategies
- Conduct donor meetings and cultivation activities
- Identify prospective donors for major gifts

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of fundraising experience
- Success in managing donor portfolios
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with boards and senior leaders
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Tessitura
