Partner with the Chief of Staff and Product team to develop positioning, sales enablement and marketing materials for new app features and service launches, ensuring the sales team can credibly and effectively bring recent capabilities to market. Contribute to Zen Educate's strategic expansion into large, multi‑jurisdiction charter networks.

Identify key targets, develop tailored engagement approaches, and inform go‑to‑market strategy for high‑priority segments. Review market data and customer feedback to develop recommendations regarding new service offerings. Lead the development of sales enablement materials, serving as the voice of marketing and sales in creating case studies, one‑pagers, conference collateral,



and other customer‑facing assets that support pipeline generation and conversion across Zen Educate's service lines.

Design and maintain sales training and knowledge management systems to drive the continued up‑skilling of the sales team, building both core sales competencies and deep product knowledge across Zen Educate's platform, talent solutions, and evolving service offerings. Architect cross‑functional collaboration frameworks between Sales, School Success, and Educator Recruitment teams, including standardized communication flows, status update protocols, and shared operating models that improve efficiency and partner outcomes. Mentor and coach junior sales representatives, providing structured guidance to build fluency in Zen Educate's value proposition and proficiency in selling across its service lines, with a particular focus on accelerating ramp time and long‑term rep development.

Manage an active portfolio of charter school networks as an individual contributor, executing outbound outreach and relationship development with the goal of converting prospects into signed Zen Educate partners. Prior work experience in education or a closely related field. ~ Demonstrated understanding of the K‑12 procurement cycle, budget timelines, and the decision‑making structures unique to public education. ~ 20 days of PTO + 8 days of paid sick leave + US Federal holidays + option to purchase up to 5 additional days per year. ~ Quarterly social budget + in‑office socials. ~ Modern office space with free lunch. ~ Health insurance.
