Play a pivotal role in Ontario's cannabis policy framework as a Lead Policy Advisor at the Ontario Cannabis Store. Drive strategic insights and foster key stakeholder relationships. As part of the Corporate Affairs & Policy team, you'll support the Ontario Cannabis Store's mission by leading complex policy research and providing evidence-based advice to senior leadership.

This full-time, permanent position requires a detail-oriented skilled capable of managing various priorities successfully while supporting the province’s cannabis legalization efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of market and policy analyses
- Create data-driven reports and issue briefs for decision makers
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships across departments




- Coordinate with government partners and internal leads
- Monitor regulatory and policy landscapes impacting operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public administration, or related
- 3-5 years of relevant policy experience in public or regulated sectors
- Exceptional analytical and evaluative skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven experience in stakeholder consultation
