Your primary focus will be to manage an outsourced testing team and ensure thorough testing of our games. Collaborate with the Game Manager, maintain test plans, and effectively communicate testing status. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the management of outsource QA teams
- Evaluate bug quality and scope relevance
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies
- Track test coverage and flag issues to Production
- Maintain current documentation and reports

Requirements:

- Experience managing outsource QA teams for game testing
- Solid analytical abilities in triaging bugs
- Hands-on experience with test plans
- Bilingual in English and French
- Familiar with Jira and Confluence
