In this position, you will manage intricate immigration cases, spearhead training initiatives, and improve service delivery through technology adoption and procedural standardization. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee non-immigrant and immigrant case filings, including H-1B and adjustment of status
- Direct team activities and performance assessments for Analysts
- Facilitate client program management with explicit work plans and reporting




- Enhance quality and efficiency via standardized SOPs and improvements
- Utilize data insights for actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

- 6-8+ years' experience in U.S. employment-based immigration practices
- 2 or more years in leadership roles preferred
