The Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Education Department is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year, to fill the following full-time term position based out of Sally Ross School, Hall Lake, SK:

Learning Support Teacher

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

- Collaborate in the development and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Attend regular meetings with Teachers, E.A.s, and parents/guardians to share information about what is being done, and what could be done to meet the needs of designated students.
- Provide direct services and resource support to designated students, as needed.
- Facilitate the referral process for those students requiring outside professional services
- Participate in operation of the school extracurricular program.





The suitable candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Special Education or related experience;
- Experience working with Educational staff in a team environment;
- Saskatchewan Skilled A Teacher Certification or ability to obtain;
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License;
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract, Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening;
