Assistant – Capital Markets group. Work alongside another Legal Assistant to support the daily operation, administration and organization of a busy Capital Markets practice. Calendar management, including booking conferences, scheduling meetings & calls, and making travel arrangements Manage duties related to accounting (dockets, billing, wires & expenses) 2–3 years’ previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Capital Markets or Corporate Law ~ Successful completion of a related post‑secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program ~ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications base pay may vary based on experience and market equity.
