The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and a passion for the diverse tasks associated with both legal assistance and vaulting work. Proofread,



finalize and assemble estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and reporting documentation Attending as a second witness for client signatures and see it through to completion including updating our specialized database Vault original Estate and Trust documents Handle daily administrative details Minimum of three years’ previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Estates or Tax Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program Versatile to the changing demands of the job Microsoft 365 suite of applications Willing to learn a customized Wills Database the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal and market equity.
