Junior Legal Assistant — Richmond Hill Our client, a friendly general law practice, is growing and in need of a junior legal assistant to join its team. This is an exciting chance to get your foot in the door of a cohesive and team oriented law firm. Opening and closing files, dealing with couriers, mail, copying, scanning, filings and other administrative tasks, assisting the other lawyers and law clerks as required, answering incoming calls, managing the intake of work and maintaining the calendar and critical dates of transactions.
Ability to speak Farsi is an asset along with knowledge of PCLaw, Conveyancer/Unity and Teraview. Strong administrative, organization and attention to detail is further required.
