This role is perfect for a licensed Canadian lawyer with commercial acumen. Reporting to the Global Head of Legal, this position requires at least 2 years of experience.

You will play a vital role in negotiating Master Services Agreements, drafting referrals for collaboration with top-tier partners, and managing legal risks associated with resellers. Your expertise will help protect Syntax's cutting-edge product offerings and ensure compliance across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead negotiations with customers’ legal and sales teams
- Draft agreement templates for partnerships and products




- Oversee vendor agreements and risk evaluations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Support legal analysis of customer termination files

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in Canada
- 2+ years of legal experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
