Reporting to the Global Head of Legal, this position requires at least 2 years of experience. You will play a vital role in negotiating Master Services Agreements, drafting referrals for collaboration with top-tier partners, and managing legal risks associated with resellers. Your expertise will help protect Syntax's innovative product offerings and ensure compliance across the organization.

Lead negotiations with customers’ legal and sales teams

- Draft agreement templates for partnerships and products
- Oversee vendor agreements and risk evaluations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Support legal analysis of customer termination files

Licensed to practice law in Canada

- 2+ years of legal experience preferred
- Familiar with ERP and technology law
