Adecco is actively seeking a Licensed 310T Mechanic on behalf of a well-respected client based in Port Perry, Ontario. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $79,000 and the opportunity to work with a trusted name in the Heavy Equipment and Truck Repair industry. The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, from light-duty pickups to heavy construction machinery.

Responsibilities:

- Performing repair and maintenance on heavy trucks and light-duty pickup trucks
- Inspecting bulldozers, excavators, skid-steers, and similar heavy equipment for faults and malfunctions
- Using computerized diagnostic tools to assess internal combustion engines (gas and diesel)
- Adjusting and repairing or replacing parts, components, or systems using hand and power tools
- Testing equipment to ensure performance meets manufacturer specifications
- Conducting MTO yearly safety inspections
- Performing routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance
- Responding to occasional on-call emergencies when required

Requirements:





- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Valid 310T Mechanic License (Ontario)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of diesel and gas engines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Robust attention to detail with safety and quality in mind
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Own hand tools (up to 3/4")
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
