ComPsych is looking for licensed clinicians to deliver ethical, solution-focused counseling within the Employee Assistance Program.

Your focus will be on providing in-person support to employees and their households in navigating everyday challenges. Maintaining compliance with clinical standards will be vital. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide client-centered EAP counseling services
- Manage intake assessments and clinical discussions
- Help clients with anxiety, stress, and relationship issues
- Document clinical sessions accurately and timely
- Work within ComPsych's referral and care management processes

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
- 3+ years of post-master's clinical experience
- Valid accreditation or registration in your field
- Liability insurance must be active
- Provide an updated resume or CV
