- Represent landlords in LTB applications, hearings, mediations, and settlements
- Prepare notices, applications, evidence, and legal documentation
- Handle matters from intake through resolution and enforcement
- Advise clients on the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and LTB procedures
- Maintain organized files and meet all procedural deadlines

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 20-30 new LTB files per month
- Represent landlords in LTB applications, hearings, mediations, and settlements

Requirements

- 4-5+ years of hands-on LTB experience
- LTB Paralegal
- Solid experience with landlord-side LTB matters
- Knowledge of the RTA and LTB processes
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
