- Communicate with Care Services Center regarding scheduling updates
- Provide nursing care aligned with client needs and assessments
- Assist clients with daily living activities and educate families

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year nursing experience required
- LPN certification with proof necessary
- English communication skills; other languages an asset
- Current TB screen and criminal record check needed
- Valid driver’s license essential for this role
