About The Role

Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful Smith Creek Village. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred care, work with a dedicated team, and improve residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
- Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create individualized care plans for residents.
- Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance physical and emotional well‑being.
- Maintain accurate records using Point‑Click Care and EMAR to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Lead by example, demonstrating our ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.




- Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
- Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.
- Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

Compensation & Benefits

Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 to $41.35, as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
