In this RPN position, you will be part of a 20-bed inpatient unit, specializing in dementia care within an acute hospital workplace.

- Deliver care to patients with complex mental health needs
- Engage in the recovery model of patient care
- Work collaboratively within an interprofessional team
- Conduct patient assessments and manage care documentation

- Licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- CPR-Health Care Provider certification required
