We're hiring an experienced cook to run the line and handle prep.
The job:
- Prep and cook our full menu: pakoras, samosas, paratha rolls, vada pav, paneer rolls, bun kebabs, chaat boards, and desserts.
- Hold recipe specs and plating standards on every ticket, including through the dinner and late-night rush.
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean and food-safe.
- Track stock levels, flag what's running low, keep waste down.
What we need:
- 1+ years on a line.
South
Asian cuisine experience is a solid plus, but we'll train the menu to someone with solid fundamentals.
- Food handler certification (or willing to get one before you start).
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends, including shifts until 12 AM Friday and Saturday.
- Reliable transportation to Milton.
