As part of the national team at the Disability Service Center, the Litigation Specialist will manage a portfolio of litigation and dispute cases in partnership with the legal department of iA Financial Group and external attorneys. Conducting in-depth analyses of all litigation cases and recommending appropriate resolutions

- Working with legal partners to manage litigation cases until their resolution
- Representing the company in Small Claims Court (Quebec only)
- Promoting adherence to best practices in decision-making and disability management
- Serving on committees, participating in projects, and performing other tasks as needed
- Serve as a liaison between the Sales Department and related departments regarding inquiries and legal matters
- As needed, assist other disability specialists
