We are recruiting a full-time Litigation Support Paraprofessional for our Saskatoon office. In this role, you will provide specialized litigation and electronic document support to litigation legal teams. You will manage electronically stored information, administer electronic workspaces, prepare productions, and support legal teams with discovery, hearings, and trial preparation. Your work will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness within the litigation practice area.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess The Following Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience working with an eDiscovery database (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines,



and manage multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced environment
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Advanced document formatting and proofreading capabilities
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive, dependable, and results-oriented approach
