Realstar is headquartered in Toronto, and is part of Realstar Group which has over $9 billion of multi-family, hospitality and alternative real estate assets under management in Canada. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. Base Compensation is $43,000 + signing bonus.

vacuuming & mopping Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager Must be able to work adaptable schedule, including weekends Customer service skills ~ Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc) ~ Realstar is committed to reflecting the diverse communities we serve.
