This full-time position involves working four weekdays, alternating weekends, and being on-call during some evenings.

- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance as needed
- Interact with residents and manage tenant issues
- Keep common areas clean and tidy
- Operate small vehicles and assist with snow removal
- Maintain safety and quality standards on the property
Requirements:
- Skilled in residential property management or trades
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage physical tasks, including lifting 50-100lbs
- Basic computer skills for reporting
