- Observe and assist Logistics Couriers through ride-alongs
- Perform operational audits to ensure compliance
- Review routes and optimize for improved service
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Assist in workforce scheduling and staff planning

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of courier operations experience
- Valid driver's license (Ontario, BC, or SK)
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
