Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety of people and premises.
- Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
- Detect shoplifting.
- Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
- Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.

- Empathetic, caring, and disciplined.
- Demonstrates great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Having relevant qualified experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Possesses a provincial security permit (BSP).
- Can communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store:
- • Quebec: French
- • Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia: English
