Our Loss Prevention team at our Richmond Head Office is currently hiring a Loss Prevention Asset Protection Manager to lead physical security programs across the organization.

Asset Protection Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for the planning, deployment, and performance of London Drugs’ physical security systems and strategies.

Asset Protection team , overseeing security design, product protection, and the physical security (locksmith) operation, while ensuring programs are aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Protect company assets and reduce loss through proactive physical security strategies

Lead, coach, and develop the Asset Protection team

Oversee the design, deployment, maintenance, and auditing of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, fire & life safety)

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and follow‑ups to support compliance and effectiveness

Represent Loss Prevention in construction projects, interdepartmental meetings, and industry activities

Travel to company locations or industry events as needed

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an asset)

Knowledge of retail and commercial security practices and applicable regulations

Understanding of security systems design, risk assessment, and construction processes

Familiarity with access control, CCTV, alarms, fire systems, and key control

Industry certifications (LPC, PSP, CPP, ASP) are assets





Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
