Summary

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador for the brand. This role supports sales and service by protecting assets, executing store operations, and ensuring adherence to security procedures. The position combines front-of-house client interaction with back-of-house security and operational controls.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe and secure workplace for clients and employees at all times.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador and first point of contact to support sales and elevate in-store experience.
- Partner with senior security and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Follow and enforce security systems and procedures,



including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access and report submissions.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and store operations tasks.

Requirements

- Valid Security License.
- High school diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment and one year prior security-related experience.
