Part time Rotation: Four (4) on Two (2) off Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening Line) Resident admissions, discharges and transfers Resident assessments and care planning Administration of medications, treatments and wound care Liaises with physicians,



families and other members of the care team Delegates tasks to unregulated care providers Participates in Care Conferences and Medication reviews Current CPR/First Aid Certificate Fluent in English both verbal and written Previous experience in Long Term Care Preferred The Madison Care Centre is centrally located steps from Como Lake in Coquitlam.

Centre offers licensed and funded residential care to 137 clients, in which 96 of these beds are funded through the Fraser Health Authority. The building was beautifully constructed and opened in 2008.
