Collins aerospace is looking to hire Machine Operator – Large Millturn, who will be reporting to the Machine Shop supervisor on the Weekend Day shift. As the Machine Operator – Large Millturn you will operate automated machinery to produce aircraft parts within the cell.

Oakville

Facility, Ontario – Canada Shift Hours – Weekend Days (Friday‑Sunday) 6:00 a.m. – Setup machinery, by loading and unloading aircraft parts into the machine. Work alongside with Machinist to optimize machines and produce quality parts. Manage, monitor and build machine tooling Monitor performance of the process to meet drawing requirements.

Perform inspection of parts produced with high degrees of accuracy to comply with OSV requirements. Support and promote continuous improvement, 5S activities and Standard Work Development in the cell. High school diploma, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting.

Demonstrated ability to operate and use an overhead crane in a safe manner.



Strong verbal and written communication skills (English). Willingness to train in the cell and to work overtime.
