Employment Type: Full time, 40 hours per week O’Briens Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Employee to join our team. This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of all company facilities, and addressing any repairs or issues as they arise.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of buildings. Perform minor repairs, installations, and general upkeep of the company’s buildings and facilities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain the grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management. Keep maintenance logs and records up to date.



Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects as needed.

Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting and power tools. Competitive wage based on experience. Full-time hours (40 hours per week).
