Bailey Metal Products, a proud subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, is seeking a Millwright on the Morning shift for its Surrey (BC) location.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:15am-1:45pm (occasional over time) The Maintenance Millwright will be an integral part of the Bailey Team and will report to the Technical Supervisor. The main purpose of this position is to ensure that the equipment and facilities are repaired and well maintained while meeting safety, quality, scheduling priorities, and productivity and reliability requirements. preventative maintenance; assisting with equipment mobilization planning and installation. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or steel processing. ~ Proven experience welding, including MIG and TIG welding processes. ~ Experience in operating and maintaining overhead cranes (asset). ~ Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word is an asset for documentation, communication, and reporting. ~ open‑minded and persistent in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. ~ Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to follow instructions, document work, and work effectively with others. ~ Quick learner who adapts well to a fast‑paced industrial workplace; Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines.

Provided is the starting rate for this position, which is $45.98 per hour.
