we’ll train you! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for ensuring that commercial building systems and infrastructure are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Performing general building maintenance: millwork, minor plumbing, door/window fix, interior painting, drywall repairs. Executing rough and finished carpentry, trim installation. Responding promptly to service requests and building emergencies.

Supporting operational teams with inspections, troubleshooting, and repair. Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a hands‑on maintenance, repair, or construction role. Basic carpentry skills (millwork, trim, drywall, painting).
