The Maintenance
Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility systems. Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-based systems is essential, as well as comfort using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reporting. Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including: CNC machines Motor controls, sensors, and basic PLCs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
Perform basic diagnostics and assist with programming on PLC-controlled equipment. Use CMMS software to log work orders, track downtime, and plan preventive maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and uptime. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and equipment servicing. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of: Electrical systems and motor control CNC machine operation and diagnostics Experience using CMMS systems to manage maintenance tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Fast learner with a desire to grow technical skills and take on recent challenges.
Exposure to PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent) and automation controls. Technical diploma or trade certification in industrial maintenance, electromechanical, or related field.
