and cabinetry repairs.Perform all finishing work required for maintenance tasks.Conduct quality assurance walkthroughs of units prior to tenant occupancy.Perform any general Maintenance Technician repairs and painting necessary for the maintenance of suites and common areas.Procure necessary supplies and materials, ensuring all orders are made with Purchase Orders and Management approval.Safely store tools during and after work, with sole responsibility for tools and materials.What You Will Bring:Minimum of two years experience as a Maintenance Technician.General maintenance skills.Ability to provide own tools and materials.OnniFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
