We currently have an opportunity for a qualified Shift Fitter to join our team based in our Windsor manufacturing plant. As a Shift Fitter you will work within a small team in a busy and fast paced environment playing a key role in operations of the business. Perform to completion of all maintenance activities, whether planned or not, ensuring machine availability within budgetary framework Breakdown maintenance – identify issues and repair as necessary.





Ensure equipment is capable of the production of finished goods that meet the product quality requirements through capable and reliable processes Identifies specific opportunities for product/process quality improvement Demonstrated experience in Production or Engineering/Maintenance supervision. Knowledge of a CMMS such as Asset Guardian or similar. Mechanical trade qualifications, a forklift licence (desirable), EWP Licence (desirable), The successful applicant will receive full training on all procedures and systems on commencement of employment.
