Pay or shift range: $25 CAD to $35 CAD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Assist with day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the facility. Perform regular maintenance on the facility including: changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing and tile repair Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly. administrative duties)



Complete preventative maintenance (mechanical rounds, equipment testing, etc.) and annual inspections Room setups, furniture reconfiguration/moves as required Service and update online service tickets/work orders duties will include maintenance (repair and cleaning of building) Duties will include maintenance related to cleaning, restocking supplies/dispensers and sanitizing areas. Coverage and support for office front desk and parcels/mail as required.

Possess excellent communication skills in English both oral and written Comfortable with heavy lifting and extensive walking around the facility Must be aware and or trained on the secure use of equipment, site safety practices, fire prevention and work regulations Computer skills required for communication, job coordination and updating work completed tickets.
