Managed Services - Salesforce Consultant, Nonprofit Passion Fruit Partners is hiring a Salesforce Consultant to lead Salesforce managed services projects with nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have robust project management skills, deep Salesforce expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex and dynamic workloads across multiple projects. You'll serve mission-driven organizations by delivering continuous support and optimization of their core Salesforce platform, handling everything from user issue resolution, proactive system health checks, declarative platform configuration, and collaborating on major strategic improvements.

Independently manage multiple Salesforce orgs, proactively planning work, keeping track of deadlines, deliverables and priorities

Lead declarative configuration work in Salesforce with minimal supervision (e.g., object and field updates, Flows, security and permissions, 3rd party application integrations, data migration)

Contribute to the ongoing health and maintenance of client orgs by proactively identifying data quality and maintenance issues that impact client goals, proposing remediation plans and delivering user training tailored to different audiences when necessary

Independently manage client expectations, estimate enhancements, set deadlines, and monitor project hours

Create clear and client‑ready documentation of systems, processes and configurations to ensure knowledge continuity

Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal strategies and proactively identify roadmap opportunities

Gather feedback from clients and team in order to implement best practices and lessons learned from project retrospectives to improve Passion Fruit’s delivery approach

Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment

Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and client‑management skills

Excellent communication and business writing skills
