Our client is seeking a specialized Management Accountant with a focus on Costing to join their dynamic, remote-first finance team. This role is critical for optimising cost management and providing insightful financial analysis for operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost accounting systems, analysing production costs, and supporting strategic pricing decisions.

Analyse variances between standard and actual costs, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to gather cost data and improve costing accuracy. Prepare detailed cost reports, profitability analyses, and support for pricing strategies.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and operations departments to enhance cost efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Minimum of 4 years of experience in management accounting,



with a robust emphasis on cost accounting and analysis. Proven ability to develop and manage complex cost models in manufacturing or service environments.
