About the Role

Our client, a reputable management consultancy, is seeking a diligent Management Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their practice in Kimberley . In this role, you will partner with clients to analyze their existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring that client organisations are agile and efficient. This position is suited for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimising business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Map and analyze current business processes across various functions within client organisations.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement in existing workflows.
- Design and document future-state processes incorporating best practices and lean methodologies.
- Develop implementation plans for recent processes and support change management efforts.
- Utilize data analysis to measure process performance and demonstrate the impact of improvements.




- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of process changes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process improvement , operational consulting, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
