Coordinator will work cross functionally on a variety of projects contributing to internal office operations and serve as a go-to contact for many daily operations. Manage equipment for our team members and physical office location(s)



Serve as Tier 1 support for IT/Facilities requests including equipment and networking troubleshooting Update and maintain IT documentation for training, FAQs and troubleshooting needs Assist with office shipping and receiving operations; including collaboration with our Marketing and Business Development teams for customer and trade show needs Help keep our game rooms stocked by ordering refreshments, stocking snacks and other fuel for the team as needed Coordinate in office logistics for employee engagement, community, recruiting and other events hosted by Lev Assist with onsite space planning and help move resources as needed Assist with other projects to help solve problems and take advantage of growth opportunities 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience ~ Excellent organizational and time management skills ~ Available to work on-site in Toronto, ON, Canada – this is not a remote position ~ AI: Levitate will use Artificial Intelligence-supported tools to screen, assess or select applicants at one or more stages of the recruitment process for this position.

Compensation for this position is $50k CAD.
