You will lead the development and ongoing governance of business architecture blueprints, capability models, and target operating models aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals. In this role, you will maintain and evolve enterprise business architecture standards, frameworks, and artifacts to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment. execution is delivered through business units, IT, or PMO resources. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business architecture, enterprise transformation, project management, or business analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of Life &

• Health insurance operations, including policy administration, claims, and underwriting. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
